You get to revisit the past sometimes and reflect on what has been and acquaint the present with hindsight 20/20, while looking forward to an open future which itself will present itself as a past...to be revisited in some future present...ever Pregnant Echos in cycles of creative regeneration.
Pasts, Presents and Futures too often play a predatory intellectual and creative tug of war in an illusionary battle for right and left, top and bottom, deep and shallow...spoiling the Middle's Fun Again
I don't know the ultimate truth but it seems to me that the opportunity for re-contact peacefully with Nature and a Universal Consciousness is enhanced in the playful banter of a Garden Revisited in our Parks, such as Nolan Park on Governor's Island with Figments Arts.
At the foot of where the Twin Towers once stood and where now the Freedom/Liberty Tower stands with a renewed Lower Manhattan...these Trees of Life and the myriad creative forces of so many talented artists interacting openly with children from 2 months to 102 years and beyond in an ever renewable Echo as testament to the vitality of Human and Nature's shared spirit.
The Painting and the Trees had grown over the past Six years.
