Happy 90th Birthday dear Julie (Wilson) - Transcendent Artist, and Friend

Touched and privileged to have known you my dear friend and artist of extraordinary distinction and warmth.

I feel the same awe and magic that I did as a young man when Holt first introduced us and I first heard you sing Cabaret in Omaha. Your generosity of spirit elevated and encouraged the painter and artist I was to become. While I have failed your high praise in some respects, in some merited some distinction, I will continue to strive  to embody them!

It was on my return from my recent near death experience that I could most face and understand the message of your Transcendent Spirit and Beauty.
