Nudes, Silhouettes and Shadowplay at the American Wing of the MET and a Kim Kardashian Neolithic Comic Book Reflection or 2

Late Night Saturday I was briefly alone with exquisite American nudes and aware of magic cadences between 2 dimensional form and their 3 dimensional authors and vice versa.
I visited many areas of the museum with great shows El Greco...Iberia to Assyria...studied among others the female form and nudes from many periods...fresh in mind were Kim Kardashian's latest pictures of her stunning buttocks and winning smile...a subject of art and tabloids on the rounds for some thousands of years.
I could hardly resist...the many comparisons.
