Farewell Felice Meyer - A Few More Words

The last time I saw Felice ( in Blue) in discussions which spanned the First Book of Genesis - The Creation

there was no hint of anything particularly wrong...

As usual she animated the texts old and new with insight and vigor reserved for explorers on Quests to exotic lands who have returned to share their bounty of strange and wonderful tales.

Coming upon a more difficult passage her face would research an inner library with quiet intensity for some time,

then a look of clarity would overtake her face and animate her gesture as if parched lips had just taken a sip of something cold and refreshing:

I Got it! By Golly I Got It!

She would exclaim 

and hurry to share the illumination, 

sculpting words into vivid images with her delicate hands,

inviting everyone to share their thoughts,

A natural teacher...

I Got It!...

She was a lover of Humanity with great faith in the Goodness of it all,

Healer to the Sick,

Counsel to Sorrowful...

A Wise and Funny Girl who will be missed

by Friends and Family.
