Father Angelo Celebrates 80th Birthday - Louise and Faith on her Last Birthday

This Past Sunday at St. Stephens of Hungary Church in Yorkville I stopped by to say hello to the wonderful  Father Angelo and a warm congregation of  old and new faces on this his 80th Birthday.

A Priest's Priest who invites  all peoples to share the meal and stage of mystery, faith, learning and prayer.

I shared Louise's Passing the Previous week on a bittersweet Valentine's Day with  a Moment of Silence.

She had just a little while previous had walked down to St. Stephen's Church to get her New Years Calendar

At the Very end of her long life Louise had come to make Peace with many of her inner Demons and sought out with valiant and daily Struggles the Light and Love of  Faith. 

She was able to become like a Child to the Wonder and Beauty of Life. 

She Blunted Fear with Humor and Insights.

This had been her Purgatory.

She Believed in the End would enable her to reach and rest in the Love of a forgiving God...a new Beginning.
